An order from Governor Ned Lamont, directs all indoor gyms, fitness centers, or similar facility or studio offering fitness, sporting, or recreational opportunities or instructions to close as of 8:00 pm, March 16th.

Danbury Kanreikai Karate announced that it’s dojo would be closed from March 17th to March 31st.

The dojo’s closing is a precautionary measure during the ongoing outbreak of the COVID-19 or more commonly known, corona-virus.

All DKK memberships will be extended two weeks at no additional charge.

Sensei Matt announced that during our closing, DKK students will be sent “Workout from Home” videos. Something for all students to use from the privacy of their  homes to stay strong and active during these troubled times.

All are asked to stay safe as wishes of continued health where extended.
